How do I view files that have been shared with me?

As a Primary Designee, the DocuGuardian member may choose to share files, content or information with you immediately. To view these, please follow the steps below:

Log in to your DocuGuardian account.
Click on Shared With Me on the left panel to display Member information cards of those members who have shared with you in your role as Primary Designee:

Click on the Member information card to display what is being shared with you at this time by that Member:

This will open the complete view of all vaults and the number of files in each vault that is currently shared with you. The number of files in each vault that are shared are noted in the Documents column:

Opening a selected vault will give you view into the file(s) currently shared with you:

Clicking on the file and clicking the File Preview button will allow you to preview the file:

Clicking Details will allow you to see detailed information about the file:

Note: Unless otherwise instructed, the DocuGuardian member has chosen only you to see the files they have chosen to share now. You should not share any content, information or files with anyone without the consent of the member who shared this with you. Please see Terms of Service for further information.
