How do I update my Primary Designee’s information?
To update your Primary Designee’s information, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your DocuGuardian account.
On the left hand side of the screen, click the My Contacts menu item and then the click on the Primary Designee info card:
This will open a panel on the right side with the Primary Designee’s details:
Then, click the Edit Designee button at the bottom in the right side panel:
Edit the contact details you wish to change and then click Save Changes:
You can also view all the files you are currently sharing with your Designee. Click Shared Files and then click the vault(s) in which the shared files are located:
You can also view or edit any notes to the Designee profile by clicking Designee Notes and clicking Edit Note:
Edit or add a Note and then click Save:
