Can I change the email or name for my Primary Designee?
For security and accuracy reasons, DocuGuardian does not allow you to change the name or email of an existing Primary Designee. This ensures the contact information on file always matches your intended Primary Designee and prevents unauthorized access.

If you need to update your Designee’s name or email, you’ll need to remove them and add them again as a new Primary Designee with the correct information.
