How do I edit a document or file?
Log in to your DocuGuardian account
In the menu, select My Vault:
Click on the vault folder where the relevant file is stored:
Select the appropriate folder:
Select the file you want to edit:
In the Overview tab on the right, select Edit to change the file name:
Type your desired file name in the box:
Click anywhere on the screen outside of the box in which you just edited or press Enter on your keyboard to save the new file name.
Select Details tab:
Select Edit:
Type any or all of the information you choose in the fields below (Note: Fields will vary based on Document Type):
Select Save Changes.
