How do I upload my file to DocuGuardian?

Log in to your DocuGuardian account.
At the top right of the screen, select the Upload button:

In the new screen, Select the Vault Category (e.g., Legal & Estate, Financial, Insurance, Property & Real Estate, Personal, Other Documents, Videos, Photos):

Then, select the Document Type (e.g. Insurance was selected as a category with a medical insurance policy as a document type):

Complete all fields in the form as shown below (Note: fields will vary based on type of Vault Category and Document Type selected):

On the right side of the screen, select the Select Files button to open your file browser. Select the file from your device and click Open. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the file into the upload box

NOTE: Please note the supported File Types accepted for upload. For security reasons, DocuGuardian has limited the types of files that can be uploaded.

Select Save File to begin the upload:

Once the upload is complete, a summary screen will appear:

Selecting Close will return you to the dashboard:
