How do I know what I've shared now with my Primary Designee?

DocuGuardian encourages regular reviews of the content and files you have chosen to share.  The following explains 2 methods for how to see all the files you are currently sharing.

First method to see what you are sharing with your Primary Designee:

1. Log in to your DocuGuardian account.

2. Click on My Vault in your menu to display your vaults:

3. Selecting any vault will give you a view into the contents of that vault and the current status of sharing in the 4th column:

Second method to see what you are sharing with your Primary Designee:

1. Log in to your DocuGuardian account.

2. Click on My Contacts in your menu to view your Primary Designee:

3. On the Primary Designee card, click on the Click for Details button or anywhere within the Primary Designee member card which will open the Primary Designee’s detail panel on the right side of the screen:

4. Click the Shared Files button:

5. This will show you all the folders which contain files you are currently sharing with your Primary Designee.  Click on each folder to see the files that are currently being shared:
