How do I contact Support?

DocuGuardian is here to help! We have created multiple methods for you to get in contact with our Support Team:

Submit a Ticket (FOR MEMBERS):

1. Log in to your DocuGuardian account.

2. On the left panel, click on Support and Learning:

3. Then click Support Center:

4. Click the Submit a ticket:

5. Complete the form, click I’m not a robot and then click Submit:

6. You will receive an email confirmation that your ticket has been submitted.  Our Support Team will reply to you within 24 hours of ticket submission.

Send a email (FOR MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS):

1. Send an email directly to support@docuguardian.com.
