How To Cancel Your Membership

To cancel your current subscription, please follow these steps:

Navigate to the Support and Learning link on your Dashboard:

Select Support Center:

Select Submit a Ticket:

Complete the Ticket form enter “Account Cancellation” in the subject line and click Submit at the bottom of the form:
You will receive an account cancellation email confirmation from our team within 48 hours as shown below:

We value your business and welcome your feedback. Please feel free to respond to the cancellation confirmation email with your thoughts on DocuGuardian and the reasons for your account cancellation.
